maybe we should see who is going to the LakeCity meet? then decide if we should
go to the bowling alley after the meet. i remember the days of going on drives with the Vdub crews and all the looks when you had a train of fourty to fifty VW's all rolling down the street. would love to see a grip of toasters doing the same..

ok.... looks like ACME bowl won the Polling.... I'm gonna look into reserving 2 lanes.... thats 16 people.... for Sat Feb 25th evening/night....that way people can go to the m&g in lake city on friday night..

that'll be $160 for 2hrs, not counting your shoe rental.... if all 16 people show up cool.. that breaks down to $10 each(not counting $3 shoe rental)

thats 8 owners and a friend/wife/girlfriend... etc...

is 2 hrs of bowling enough?? to much?? can we get at least 16 people??? if we get more than 16 people.. i'll see if can add another lane to our group..
**please dont leave me hanging.... i'll double check the policy.. but i dont think i'll get a refund for no shows.... and if less than 16 show every who does show up may be asked to pay a bit more ***
soo...i'll start the Roll call right here....

Ok.... as i get more feed back....

TIME: 8:30pm(ish) I'll be stoping by the alley today to get the lane(s) reserved and will have confirmed info tonight

Superbiker....i'll check with the alley today....on their reservation stuff... if can reserve the 5.50 a game lanes.. i'll try.. i figured by the hour would be easiest for reserving for large party...

CelicaGirl..... sure.. invite them along.... and if you can add people to the list here that would be great....

I'll reserve more lanes if needed.. you can bring more than 1 person if you want too..

First post updated with new info.... (for those who dont "re-read" the first post SHEEP)

All the reserved space is taken up.... it will be first come first serve... i'll head over about 730ish to put my name down on the list for at least 16 people/2 lanes.... unless more sign up on the roll call... 830 start time still stands....
lots of things to do for non-bowlers too.. pool, lounge, arcade.. bs'ing...
price $5.50 per game plus $3 shoe rental.

SO there you have it.. .next time i'll do better and jump on the ball better to get reservations in earlier...

but lets go and have a nice big turn out.. .check out their site www.acmebowl.com pretty darn cool

Um, $5.50 a game and only 2 lanes for 16 people? That's going to take awhile, but I suppose for $5.50 a game, it had better take a l o n g time. Are you cancellling the Dick's Meet and Greet for this?
