People will argue whethor or not a grounding kit will actually do anything. It won't improve horsepower or torque, but I used to have one on my old accord and the idle lowered and the throttle definetly smoothed out. No one else noticed it, but I guess thats what you notice when your the only one who has driven the car for the last 5 years.

Go to Car Toys/Frys or any other car audio shop and buy some 8ga. wire, ring terminals, and heat shrink, and do the project yourself.

I like Sun Automotive personally, but there are several kits, I would check the sponsored sales in the classifies first, usually have some really good deals, plus helps support site sponsors!

Just keep in mind that you should never combine "CHEAP" with any modifications you have planned.

What is purchased as "cheap" soon ends up costing your MORE money after alterations to make things fit/work properly, than just purchasing a quality modification for a higher price.

Cynce, I know exactly what you mean,LOL.

To the OP, I would recommend doing it yourself. There is a walkthrough on the site somewhere.

Knukoncepts has great wire at great prices and you can get the terminals there too.

Good luck and post pics when you get it done.

Thanks everyone for helping me out...not sure where to start with my 'base model' ride.

Also, is is normal to hit 60 mph on the freeway and be over 3k RPM??

Yes, cruising at 70, the RPM's are around 3800 to 4k. As for where to start on mods, I'd say lowering springs, get rid of the wheel gap.
