How are you two recovering? Haven't seen much of either of you, hope everything is okay!

 

My appendix removal recovery went perfect! Still healing but doesn't hurt unless I lay on one of them (mainly my stomach one). Other than that, I had a toenail removed a couple days ago and the numbing stuff didn't work (he said I had more lidocaine in my toe than I did blood).. he continued giving me shots of it but my toe wouldn't go numb so I had to feel him remove the whole thing. Talk about painful! But fortunately toenail removals heal pretty darn quick (I can already see new toenail and I can take a shower without sensitivity).. so I'm doing good. I'm done with stupid doctors and hospitals and I have no plans to go back any time soon.

omg! How come they had to take off your toenail!??!?!?! OUCH!!! As far as I know Natalie is fine! but its been a week or so since Ive tlaked to her. She posted on myspace that she was finally going back to work! yay!

 

Did you have an ingrown toenail?? I had one in each side of my toenail on each big toe. They put 18 shots in my toe once and it its permanently kinda more plump than the other from all the shots lol. They couldnt find anymore places to poke me so they finally just said "ur going to have to deal with it" it hurt so badly! the next time i had to go in they gave me valium. mmmmmm!! :-P

anyways im doing better. Well Ive been 100 percent better for a week. Got 5 canker sores in my mouth after I thought I was better from stress. But now im getting cough.

Im kinda glad I got sick and had to stay home for 2 weeks cuz I appreciate my job more now and realize that I never want to be a stay at home wife. Maybe a stay at home mom till they are in school but only if I have money to live comfortably.

Now I am way behind in bills and have a fine due on the 18th to the court or they may put a bench warrant out for me. So im going to pay them on the 20th since the 18th is a Sunday.

Yeah, ingrown toenail (also on both sides of the toenail). I have to get it fixed at least twice a year.. they put on some chemical stuff this time to hopefully not allow it to become ingrown again (they did that to my left toe and it worked, hasn't been ingrown since). It was pretty nasty too.. he showed the portion of the nail that was in my skin.. it was huge and really disturbing.

Maybe if it happens again (meaning the chemical stuff doesn't work), I'll just tell them that lidocaine doesn't work and they'll give me something better, lol. It was way too much pain and way too many shots.

I'm sorry you're sick again. Hopefully someone is there to help take care of you!
