eh... clubxb isnt bad... just gotta find your way around... lots of good info on the xB stuff there with some die hard knowledge on styles, themes parts and fitment...

some of the rules arent horrible.. more just to protect people from getting scammed in selling/buying stuff

tho they do presume people know how to search b4 asking common questions on who/what /where parts are/do/found......

I guess the only thing I can say is that they basicly encourage you to post up with that weird regulation,

But then if the post is old you get crap for it...They are totaly rude about it too.

It is not like a year old post has gone bad....if it is such an issue then close the thread.

It is not nearly as active as SL and they seem like they really get carried away with themselves.

True. At one point it was being heavily spammed by **** and bad sellers ripping folks off so they changed up the rules for new people posting.

I'm not going to badmouth another site, but even though I am one of the very early members over at ClubxB and was a VERY active poster there, for a number of reasons I only rarely go there these days. Just not worth the hassles.

There are other, better, more friendly xB sites.

I go over there once in a blue moon. It just seems slow over there and like someone stated in an earlier post, it's ALWAYS the same guys posting.

It is obviously a very advertisement generated site, and the more you post on the threads the more oddly placed advertising you are exposed to. That appears to be the goal.

So, you would really want more than just the same group of 10 viewing the site.

ive never had a problem with club xb. it's not as big as SL, but it does have it's group of loyal users. ive noticed on clubxb is that yes they don't really tolerate newbies that dont read the ground rules. over here on SL, its about the same but newbs get mocked instead of just banned. but all in all its a great site. i like most all scion forums as its a great way of keeping in touch with everyone around the country.

Yes it has changed alot. I was on clubxb for a couple years and it really was a great site. I learned alot about ways to mod my 1st gen and fitment etc. It really stared to change about 2 years ago so I signed up on SL and very rarely go there anymore.

I would love to see something in writing about the "GROUND RULES", for things like old threads.

It's kind of humorous.....one person responds to an old thread and then 5 other people attack him for bringing up an old thread on the old thread.....how stupid is that?
And if it is a rule? Then the attackers are just as silly.

Seems like everyone thinks they are a moderator over there.

Too many chefs in the kitchen.

I like the big fat bulging stomach ads between the threads too....
