The Oregon Trail Rally is coming up on the first weekend in May. I am Currently in contact with the Rally Xd team about a Pre Race meet get together. It Probably Would happen on the 2nd of May. It is a Thursday probably would be in the late afternoon. Do not have all the Details yet and I probably wont know the complete detail until closer to the Rally.

They've done events at the Slate the last two years, but I heard that it was up for sale. I have wanted to go to the Friday stages at PIR but something has always come up. I hope to make the race this year and this event too.

 

The Slate is no longer owned by scion so they are trying to get together a venue. The Budget for this has gone down quite a bit. If any of the scion guys in the Portland area have any ideas for venues suggestions would be awesome.

Seems like Broadway Toyota had a big inside area where they did the KoiFusion xB wrap event. Then there is the place that the iQ and tC2 reveal event was at.

 

Yeah I remember that, we had about half a dozen cars in there?

 

I saw this xD at SEMA 2 years ago, badass ride.

 

Just got conformation that this will be happening. Will confirm the location hopefully middle of next. They would love If a good group of us would come out and support the Rally XD team.

 

Looks Like the venue they were able to get is not going to be able to have room for the cars. Might be better to see the car and see it in action down at PIR on Friday and the stages on Saturday and Sunday in the Dufur and hoodriver area. I will Post a link of the spectator guide as soon as it comes up.

 

There is something going on tonight in Portland, Urban Studios, 935 NW Davis St. 6pm-9pm.
