Default Curbed wheel

This morning I was driving down 5th and this douche bag almost rear ended me. Thankfully I swerved around the corner fast enough but I ended up curbing my right rear wheel in the process. I am so ____ed off ... I just got these wheels a few months ago. It doesn't look too bad but I don't know of any places in the Seattle area that would be able to do a quick turn on the rim to clean it up. Any input would be great.

I should have let him rear end me... what a morning.

it would take more than a new set of rims for me to allow any guy to do that to me.

No doubt thats why I floored it and went around the corner in a hurry. I either need to repair that lip or find a place to order a single BSA 333 Polished17" 4x100 wheel.

Man, that bites. And bites. Stuff like that kinda makes me wish I had a harpoon gun mounted on the car.

I've heard many folks sing the praises of Foster's in Renton.

If it's polished and NOT cleared.. A little hand sander and some 120 grit through 2000 grit will clean curbage off. If it's cleared, then you're into a different ball-game. You will need to find out if it's a powdercoat clear or just a sprayed cleared. If it's sprayed, you can still do the above and then clear it yourself......

sorry to hear about it... I had the "opportunity" to exchange paint this last weekend..... I seriously thought about it, but I had the kid in the car and the idiot probably didn't have insurance.

^I agree with all of the above...including Foster's and the harpoon gun (but is that street legal?).

I will get the number to the guy that is mobile and fixes ours. I will bring it to the meet and greet tonight if I can find it.

Thanks for the input guys. I have a feeling the post to repair will be more expensive than replacing though on these wheels although finding them for sale is proving to be an exercise in futility. At least I have booze.... hoooray for booze!
