Soo earlier tonight, i was driving north on I-5 past northgate getting into the mountlake terrace area, in fact, getting ready to exit 178...

i hit two GYNORMOUS pot holes, or what it felt like, two HUGE holes in the road. looked to be about 10-12 inches wide, and 2-3 inches deep. My gps bounced off my dash, and my mirror tilted down and ____ went everywhere it hit so hard. and i wasnt speeding..

Yes i am. lol im gonna get all 4 checked out cause it was a big @ss hit, felt like i hit a damn wall.

Call DOT, report the area the pot hole ia and they should pay for the fix! There are some good ones up North here too from the weather...Its sucks but they should take care of it! If you need someone to do the work check out Cascade Wheel Repair in Lynnwood! Link is in my Sig below!

yes, if that happens, always call DOT. They should pay any repair because of it.

what lane was you in i live in this area and i dont want to hit these. I do stay towards the left lanes usually.

 

Well at least it was a stockie........should be easy enough to find one.......just dont goto the dealership to get one......cost as much as aset of 4 decent rims.

 

Pain on the rims is hard to match as well I have been told...can you say powder-coat?

 

yeah a note to everyone but more eric first exit in marysville heading toward 9 has a bunch of bad pot holes now.

Yea that would have been bad. I just hate this snow my underbody has been suffering. I looked under it yesterday and am surprised i still have an exhaust and oil pan. LOL

hmm good luck hope they pay for the damage and get those holes filled.....i hit one downtown chocolate city we all hit our heads on the top of the headliner of the tc... new orleans heck louisiana roads are horrible....the worst in the country.
