The dark clouds over Seattle didn't bring just rain.
They brought bad luck to my poor xB.
At the last M&G just a few days ago some of you saw the ugly paint chip on my rear bumper from some idiot who couldn't parallel park. So just as I was getting over my frustration from that paint chip...CRACK!!

This crap happens. This morning on my way home from work I got stuck behind a semi. I was boxed in and had no free lane to change into. Then finally the lane to my left is free but before I even get the chance to turn my turn signal on, BAM! So much for rock chip repair, this thing is huge. About golf ball size. At least it's not body damage *knock on wood* oh well, the rain is supposed to go away starting today. Hopefully my bad luck goes away with the clouds...

Just my 2 cents.
A huge majority of trucks out there are missing mud flaps. I always check and if the semi that threw the rock is missing even 1 mud flap I call the company and have them pay for the repair. I have gotten some companies that give me greif, but most end up paying.

omg that sucks
something jumped up at me on I-5 the other day too but it just hit my headlight and hood instead of my windshield. i think it was a big rock or piece of wood or something...
ouch, tahts hurt Elbert. I have a nice scratch on my hood from a rock and a small window chip from a different rock, its going to happen if you drive your car. As Roll said, if you know the trucking company, give them a call, submit an insurance claim and name them as the truck you were following when it happened, maybe your insurance will go after them for payment, good luck.
if that dark cloud includes having a half gallon of soy sauce leak out of the container AND out of the garbage bag, Soaking your trunk and rear seat, staining and making your car smell strongly of soy sauce forever then yeah its hanging ever so low.... and yes i've cleaned it, febreeze'd it, steam cleaned it and febreezed it some more...its suckie and smellie
steam cleaner had oxyclean in it i think the problem is it dripped under the seat and down the side to the feet area in the back havent attempted to clean that yet. wish i could tear it all out and do something cool with it...wife would kill me tho

Maybe if you get a leather upgrade that will help you get over it
