Drifting
ok so i was playing juiced 2 last night. the more i play it the more i would seriously love to build a drift car. yes i know if i can't afford to pay attention. i am probably not going to build a drift car any time soon. but come HIN this year i am going to be watching that event.
now if they had a drift school around here. that would be so cool. yeah what inspired this post was this websight http://www.driftday.com lol i think i need to move back to cali...lol

There are lots of good local drift events. Most of the time they are posted over at Northwest Nissans. That is kind of the drift centric site around the PNW. There have been others but they never really got anywhere any most people went back to NWN. KFT is another good one. If it's still around. But then again it is in some ways NWN refugees.
Drifting is fun, but expensive. I encourage everyone to try it, but only on the track.
As for HIN.. There will most likely be some cool drift cars there.. maybe even an unexpected car depending on how things go.
Drifting this year is going to be a lot more different than years past. Some drivers moved around, some left, teams life.. etc. The cost to run a team last year was more than any other year to stay competitive. Sadly the days of grass roots teams are slowly fading away as it hits even more main stream.
Also FYI I work for Enjuku Racing based out of Orlando, FL who has had 2 cars for the past 3 seasons, this year sadly we will not be running a drift team due to the costs.
