Male preferred (Girlfriends choice) but Female OK
Employed Full-Time (Can pay rent on-time)
Drama Free
Responsible
CLEAN (e.g. I will not put up with dishes in the sink)
Will be respectful of a brand new place with expensive toys
Someone who has a positive attitude and doesn't sit around the house.
