Entertaining the Thought of a Roomate
Looking for a DRAMA free roomate.
Just moved into a brand new 2/2 Townhouse in Beaverton (Farmington & 170th).
1700 sqft
High Speed Internet
Front Loading Washer/Dryer
HD TV
Looking for someone who is:
21-28
No Drugs/Pets/Alcoholics
Male preferred (Girlfriends choice) but Female OK
Employed Full-Time (Can pay rent on-time)
Drama Free
Responsible
CLEAN (e.g. I will not put up with dishes in the sink)
Will be respectful of a brand new place with expensive toys
Someone who has a positive attitude and doesn't sit around the house.
Month to Month Rent including Utilities: $700
