Default Excelerator Camping Trip

Ok so I been thinking about this camping trip a little more and trying to get some what prepared for it. As for me, all I have to bring is a couple coolers that I could share.. Everything else I have is just a sleeping bag and tent for me.
So what else is everyone bringing? Does anyone think that we will be making meals there at the camp site? I was thinking that we won't be there all that much to be making meals so really all we'll need is alky (for those of age of course) and smores.
Also anyone bringing fire wood? Guess I'm just trying to get a feel of what people are bringing.

Also, is there anyone out there that have one of those easy ups/pop up tent covers we could borrow for the weekend? It's suppose to be DAMN hot over there and the show is going to be almost 10 hours long from what I have heard so was hoping someone out there has one Dustin, myself and the rest of the gang could borrow.

Ok.. I'm down rambling now

I was going to go buy one of those tent things as I know its freakin' hot on the east side...my hubby & I burn easy...and with my Multiple Sclerosis heat is no good.

I saw one at Costco that is large and the regular sized ones are available at places like GI Joes. Any ideas on what/where to buy?

Well the only one I saw today at Costco was $185 but there were a couple at Big 5 sporting good for around $100, same with Sports Authority as well. I was thinking about purchasing one as well, but I didn't want to buy one just for one weekend. I'm willing to throw in $20 to help you buy one so I can share it with you guys at this event & possibly future events

Sounds like you better bug him then ha ha.. I would just really like one of those easy up things so that we have something to sit under at the car show 'cause I am guessing it's going to be around 98 degrees while over there.
