So i fell in love with my car all over again. Ive been hating my car the past few months because something seems to be wrong with it all the time. Ive probably driven my car for a total of a week in the past month. It looks like theres rust going thru a water passageway so teh engine is basically rusting. So yay i get a new engine though which means my dad will rebuild it and ill get a lil more horsepower. YAY!

anyways i fell in love cuz the other day when I finally got a new thermostat in it I took it to Port Orchard and on my way there it overheated on the side of the road. We got it to cool down and then it started running fine. I told my dad to meet me on the other side of the water and switch me cars so that if anything happened he'd be the one to see it and know what it does. So as im following him in his 07 Toyota Solara (which I love that car too by the way) I hear the purrr of my car. Its not too loud but loud enough to know that it has exhaust. It sounds a lot more intimidating than my car really is. I miss the sunny days where I could clean my car and not have to worry about cleaning it for a week - 3 weeks.

i cant wait for the nicer weather so I can clean him all up. Hes a stud.

 

Ahhh I know how you feel lass!! Just the other day I was leaving work and it was dusk, and I saw my girl with the sun just hitting her right....the clouds in the sky reflecting off her hood, the light making the windows so dark as to seem opaque. T'was a lovely sight to behold.

 

i know what you mean about hating cars...my xb sat for probably 2 months this last winter i hated it and with some wheel issues i hated to drive it....now its better and i continue to rack up the miles...glad to see that you enjoy it again
