Default Flex/Zip car and Scion's in the NW

I recently became a member of Zipcar and had the fun experience of finding out that every Scion model except the xB2 is available through Zipcar (formerly Flexcar)

I had to do several errands yesterday and had a great time in a Scion tC. There was also a new xD with 13 miles on it behind my "rental" The tC only had a little over 9000 miles on it and was a 2007.

One thing I have noticed is just how many xA's and xD's were available but I must say, that it sucks driving an automatic (that is all Zipcar has, except for the BMW's and Mini Coopers)

It's fun, easy and gives me a useful alternative to public transportation. Zipcar will be handy come next month since I have several meetings I need to attend and for 9/hr or so.. not bad.

There's an xB2 located in Lake City (at least there was right before the merger). Also the Mini Coopers are auto as well...but still fun if you find one with Sport mode ;-)

Oh, how I miss the days of unlimited mileage on the U-Pass plan. Sad.

They have it around here too around campus. I see them everywhere, and they had a stand set up earlier today also, but didn't bother to stop by and take a looksies. I see an xA zip car all the time...

and I go to PSU
