I was going to refer to the kiss cam during the jax games. The last two game's have had interesting cam's.

I want to know how one becomes the mascot. were there try-out's? Video submission? what?

 

He was a volunteer for the winter hawks for a few years....he was tom a hawk a few times and always the bank of the west bear for the mascot game. He got recommended by the regular guy who does tom a hawk....and he might be the new tom a hawk next year if the guy doing it retires....he wants T to replace him.....so it wasnt a try out or anything...just highly recommended....then they saw him in action for an appearance and got such a good response from the people he did the appearance for (Krispy Kreme) that they hired him on,

 

that's cool. He does a really good job as Jaxon! It's probably a fun job. And tell him he should moon the other team during team intro's.

 

Ya he has a lot of fun doing it.... He does all sorts of things different times....he did something like that as tom a hawk at one point. He really wants that job...and it doesnt conflict with Jaxon much. He will be Jaxon at the mascot game for the winterhawks this year instead of bank of the west bear
