Not really opinion... but where is everyone's heart leaning on this one.... I'm really liking the idea of SCN... And Hope they step up with a Scion Class...
It'd be a great opportunity to represent Scion in a place where you can't even buy them...
Bring on the USDM!!!!
It's a big trip for me, but would like to see who's on board in the long range planning on this one... my major mods should be done by then, so this could be a really good show for my tC.
Dave, Dustin, Brian? Any chance we'll see some aggressive xB's there?
Just getting the ball rolling early and seeing what I can get moving down here to bring up there, if that's where we want to guide momentum.

I know that I will (and probably Dave as well) will be going to SCN. In the past, Canada shows have not had a Scion class. But we're going to work on getting one this year. Especially if we can bring up a bunch of them.
I don't know for sure if my car or Daves car will be there, but I will be there in person.
I hope my car is back. I need to represent some xA's around here. hehehe.
Their website is up now, but they don't have any info on the Vancouver show yet. As soon as they do, I'll contact them about having a Scion class. If they don't already have one.

I'm thinking Vancouver, BC as well... just solely due to the fact that Scions don't exist up there and it'd be a good niche to represent... Imagine cars we couldn't get here in the US, coming to a show... we'd definately want to take a look at them...
Who puts on Global? If it's allie, It would be another preference toward SCN in Vancouver. as I'm in the mood for something different.
I'm game for a fun Canada Trip.... eh?
And... for the Noobs.... Both the Global Show in Tacoma, and Sport Compact Nights, in Vancouver, BC are on the same day, so we only get to choose one....
I definately say we should ALL try our damndest to represent at SCN and really bring a Scion Class up there to show! (It's a little trip, but would be SOOO fun, especially cause no Scions are up there)

I would like yo do the canada one, but it wont be fesible for me, so I will be at global, anyone who wants to come with me is welcome, theres no reason we cant represent both shows, IM sure there will be some who can make it to one better than the other, I will head up the people for global. I will pop in and out to stay informed. Having fun is all that matters.
I wanna show at one but not sure if i can get my rear quarter panel fixed in time - for those who have seen it is it really that bad?? hmm I remember someone telling me that I could just make a poster board set up to cover it! :-) i really wanna show at a canada show! :-)

I'd have to say, that I've been pulled toward the SCN side, even without a Scion Class, over the Global side...
Just not feeling the whole Global/Import Motion shows ... I'd go if there weren't other options, but realistically, the last two importmotion shows were cool for people/club participation, but really not good when it came down to brass tacks and organization/consistency...
The 25 dollar late entry at the last show / the awards at both shows / lack of real updates on the web site and other things really weren't cool...
I can't imagine how awesome it would be to show Scions in Canada!

It's alot of fun. For the most part, the xA's don't get any love (what else is new though, right?) But the xB's do. The xA's are essentially the echo Hatchback. They look very similar. But there is nothing like the xB up there. There are actually a few people that own them up there. There was a guy or a dealership that was selling them up there last year we went up there. But they were starting at like $20K. USD too.
Canada is fun because it's just a party weekend. We always go out and basically get plastered. The bars and clubs up there are some much more fun. Our choice is usually the Cactus Club. But pretty much anywhere that we can get Belinni's works for us. hahaha. Last year there were about 10 of us at the table, and I think we had about 40 or 50 Belinni glasses.
You're right though, even without a Scion class it's a fun time.

You take global, I'll take SCN... Then you don't have to worry about losing to me...
(Kidding)
SCN will only have a Scion Class, if that... so I'd only go for the fun, not for the competition really, as I'm sure they'll be a few xB's there that'll be pretty sweet.
