Default Goodbye scionlife

well im happy to be safe and ok but after the m&g i was coming southbound on I5 and currently switch lanes when i was in the second to the far left lane the guy ahead of me decided to slam on his breaks when i turn my head to check the blind spot to swith to the last left lane and i jerk my steering wheel to avoid him i started fish tailing really bad and i ended up doin a 180 on i-5 and slammed my back end on the concret border in the middle of lanes and my car was facing all the lanes and was still in the fast lane, well i went to hit my flashers but notice all my power was off due to my battery in the trunk got disconnected so i get out of the car and walk back to the truck to open it and realized the battery was disconnected and couldnt open the trunk so as i was walking back to the concret border a suv slammed into my passenger side doin about 60+. he said the car ahead of him switch lanes to avoid hitting me and he didnt have time to blink so my car is gone, gonna try and remove some parts tomorrow but dont know what i can take due to insurence but sorry to say i will not be getting another scion. this sucks really bad cuz i threw a lot of money in that car and to see it like it hurts. couldnt take that many pics due to it being dark but will take some tomorrow. ooh it was good seeing all you guys tonight.

Damn!

Hate to hear things like that, Matt.

Glad you are OK, though, but it's a shame about the car - you had a lot of work in it.

Glad you weren't in the way when the SUV slammed it.

Anyone else injured?

Let us know how things go, and please remember that you don't have to leave your friends here just because you change cars.

Take care,
Tom

matt don't leave, get the car you want, bring it around and we will still help you do whatever you want to it. your a good dude and that sucks it happened to you in the first place.

if you want any help or anything working on another ride or well whatever, just hanging out man I'm game, and I'm sure anyone who has met you at the meets feels the same way.

so again just because you may be moving on to something else doesn't mean you get to jet so easily man. yours stuck with us....lol

Navy can be really good. I wish you well on that! (I was USAF but Navy was my other choice.)

I'll see the pics tomorrow.

Get some sleep.

That poor tC is truly toasted.

Dude I'm really saddened about what happened! Hopefully you are ok, that's the main thing! As Tomas said earlier cars can be replaced and hopefully you will keep modding and coming to some of the meets. I wish you the best of luck.

Dude, we just met, my god... that's ridiculous. I'm so glad you're ok!

I hope you still come around sometimes, I really liked you and your car... WRX STI or bust man.
