Default Header issues...

so using the word issues is being really quite nice... first off... during the install one of my "buddies" over torqued one of the nuts... this did one of two things... it either smashed the gasket or stretched the stud... either way the end result is horrendous exhaust leak. second the megan header seems to have the largest flange that i have ever seen on any header ever. the damn thing is like almost an inch thick. thus now i need to get new studs that are like 1/2 an inch longer. and third and most annoying, is it seems to me that i bought my header from "fly by night industries" and the flange doesnt seem to mate to my block at all. i am actually starting to think that i got a copy. either way they wont respond to any email i send them and i'll be damned if im just gonna throw it out and buy a new one... so does anyone know of a decent machine shop in the puget sound area (preferably close to olympia or lacey) that i can send this thing off too to get the flange machined flat. oh yeah... and my CEL is still on regardless of countless attempts to fix it... does anyone happen to have a scantool with the TC platform in it that way i can actually confirm that it is the lower 02. im starting to think that its actually the upper getting excessive air from the exhaust leak. so if anyone has one can they bring it to the feed the need tommorow. i'd really appreciate it. this is mostly just me venting but if anyone has any suggestions, comments, or similar experiences please let me know.
