My boss just gave me the OK to post this. woohoo

Every Year we have ran a canned food drive to help feel the hungry during the holidays. This year we are changing it up a bit. My work has gotten together with the Hope-Link located in Redmond (hope-link.org) for a 1 day fund raising event to help feed the hungry!

On november, 28th 2009, we at Jet City Pizza Redmond will give you YUMMY PIZZA in exhange for a donation made by You (preferably by check written to hope-link) for the ammount your order would have been. Its THAT easy.

I know most of you will have plenty of leftovers from thanksgiving, BUT It would be AMAZING to get as many of you good people to come out and help us rasie some money for the hungry.

Quick facts
$20 provides nutritious lunches for 16 children!
$30 provides Six complete meals for a family of Four!
$50 provides Fresh Fruil for about 100 working Families at [u]ONE[u/] food bank!

So, what do you say? Are you guy and gals up for it?

Theres no specific time its an all day thing. So you can mosey on over by yourself or you can come in a group

 

i can't pass up jet city pizza - YUMMY!!!!

 

i dont know if ive gone more that a few days without eating it in the last 10 years haha

 

Mmmmmm pizza....love Pizza.... Great cause! Wish we could be up there but we have a Holiday Bazaar we are working that day down here

Kudos on the community action!

 

Food donations are down this year, many food banks are low on food, and some food banks are currently empty and need donations. This is a great cause. I hope you guys get a lot of people to help out those in need.

 

^^X2 Too many hungry people right now...not enough $$ to go around....over qualified people having to fight for minimum wage jobs. What a mess! I hope this raises a lot of money & awareness and hope other businesses follow your lead!

 

THis is definitely a great idea and a good cause. I'll definitely head down to to try out some of this jet city pizza :D

wow yeah i meant 2008 thanks for catching that. and it is all day from 11 in the morning till 11 at night!
