Just got off the phone with the guy from Hot Import Nights. The said they are still making the schedule for 2009. Seattle is still up in the air or Portland.

That is true, portland doesn't get a lot of the big shows & maybe it would boost their sales..

plus i like the oregon area a lot

Actually, I spoke to my friend, Nate @ HIN, the other day and he also confirmed that they are still shooting for Seattle or Portland, just trying to get the best deal on a venue. Still up in the air, but there is a CHANCE…

 

I like Portland 'cause they could possibly get both the rose garden arena and memorial coliseum which would make a huge show!

 

I think PDX would be awesome for a show!

But that's because I'll be living there

 

well right now i'll count on it not happening till i see a date - isn't there one in Northern California already scheduled?

 

i think Seattle would be a better spot only because its a good central location for people from Oregon and for people coming from the north like Canada.

But im with Shawn, until i see a date im not getting my hopes up.

 

I don't think it will be here 'cause the attendance has been way to low for them to have it, but I could be wrong

 

yea it's been hella crappy and going down the drain the last few years. if they made their prices lower they may have a bigger turnout.

 

I know if it cost less to get in a lot more people would attend and check out all the cars......it cost less to goto a Mariners game with the family than to goto HIN last year.

 

I really doubt it will happen. HIN sucked the last few years. Having been sold, the removal of the NCCA, going to outside only events, and cutting the tour way down is making for a lot of changes.

I don't think much is going to change on the schedule as much as we all want it to.
