I got owned at Alderwood Mall
So i went to the mall today and was waiting for some chick to learn how to park her mustang. As I tapped the gas pedal just to give a "lets go" rev. It was nothing to extreme. Just a lil love tap on the pedal. A guy who was getting his kid into a stroller shouted RICE CAR at me. I laughed cuz it was so funny to see this guy with his wife and kid and him to say that to me. He was like 35. I parked and as he passed me pushing his kid in the stroller I told him thank you for making my day.
It was too funny.

^^ You mean what is Tikka Masala?
Tikka (or Tandoori) is a Middle-Eastern/West Asian dish is a dish generally made with spicy marinated bbq chicken (using curry, chili powder, garlic, cumin, ginger, etc). The Masala part is a broth that the chicken is cooked in made up of the same tikka spices, LOTS of butter, and sour cream (lending to the name "Butter Chicken" that people often call this dish).

...got some in the freezer right now, CA.
(I use a lot of Asian spicing in my cooking, curries, garam masala, five spice, etc.
I really enjoy many of the Indian dishes - love the spice combinations - but my absolute downfall is a good lamb vindaloo. :D
Not familiar with many middle-eastern dishes, though.

CoreyAnn just invited us to her house for Middle-Eastern/West Asian/Indian food next Saturday.. can you believe it? So, so nice of her! j/k
I love food like that. We just don't have places that sell it up here (maybe in Everett?) and the cookbook I have has like 10 things in each recipe that I don't know and would have to go to some special store to get.
