Hey at the show is it pretty loud? LIke HIN where there are DJ's all over the place? Wondering due to us having a 3 month old and don't want to hurt his ears? I miss this show every year so don't have anything to go by. Thanks for the help.

I have been to this a few times and I don't remember any loud music or anything. They usually have a band that plays old rock n roll songs.

I was at this two yrs ago and it was pretty loud on the import side, guys with their stereos turn on, had the "Wall of Bass" there, wow, hardly turned up and it almost made your heart skip a beat, lol, if you were standing right in front of it. I don't think it was too loud for a child, they did have a stage set up and a dance off with pumping music (you've been served, lol) It was easy to get away from the louder stuff, put a little ball of cotton in babies ears if your worried, or bring some just in case. They have this in a different area then the rod show but you can hear it from the rod show, just a corridor and wall seperating them.

Ask about which show we registered for. My entry never said Portland or Seattle on it.... maybe we got lucky and ended up getting entries for both......

____e. I will never make that roll in time unless I take the day off & not sure if that's even a possibility. I will ask my boss tomorrow & see if I can do that. I don't think it'll happen so if that's the case then I will have to wait till the show comes up to Seattle on the 4th of March.

Thanks for looking into that for me to Kalel & I will see what I can do so i can kick it w/ y'all

I am in and registered. Just got an email today that says that setup is from 3pm to 9pm on the 17th. and that we need to all arive at the gate together to roll-in as a team. We will then have time to detail our cars and can arrange to have them judged on friday night from 5 to 9. If we wait until saturday the judges could show up anytime from 10am to 8pm.

I guess traffic could be a hassle but the 3hour or so drive could be done from 5pm to 8pm. We roll in just before nine. Detail our cars and then pile into secondary vehicles ( I have room for 7 in mine) to go party or whatever then sleep and get up early to get down to the show.
