Put the silencer back into the car get it tested for DB and take that as proof. The cop said that it was louder but how does he know what the stock sounds like? or Did he take a test on sight. Not enough proof to show.

 

no test no nothing just what he did is look and see that my exhaust was tilted sideways

 

oh yeah he wrote it as a moving violation so that it goes on my driving record.

 

man, sorry to hear about that, it SUCKS. I am glad when my DC sports exhaust tip fell off, there was no cops around, it was loud !! Next time I would not drive in front of the cops, they might think my shinny muffler is modified, little do they know that's factory installed.
