I need some ideas on what to do, what people would like to eat, and how many people will be showing up because I dont want to have Kendall scion pay for all the food but no one showing up.

Any ideas anyone?

If the date is set in stone, change the title to show the date and time, update first post with all the info and start a sign up list, easiest way to get people signed up for it. I will have to play it by ear, work has been busy the last few months and no sign of slowing down, but will try to make it, alway sup for a drive.

I can't do the 9th unfortunately. The 10th is my due date and I'll be using what free time I have to finish getting the logistics set up for Import Motion.

Is there any way to go for the 23rd/24th or is that too late in the month?

Sounds like fun, but I just booked flights to SoCal for a weekend of NASCAR, hope you get a good turnout.

 

i talked to kendall and they said they will be able to sponsor us once a month on whatever activity we want to do (within reasonable amount)..... so looks like there'll be meetups down here!
