I'm thinking we'll start meeting at Coffee Break (a coffee shop in Silverdale). They have a huge parking lot and it's easy access. I'm guessing that 630 or 7 would be a good meet up time. I just moved from Silverdale... I have an 05 camo xB. too bad I'm on the otherside of the country... I think the people out here with scions are stuck up.... not a single wave...

 

That's too bad. I hate stuck up ppl. Well, how long are you out there? I'm assuming that you're in the "service". If you make it back up here let me know, until then *waving*. Just keep on wavin', you're bound to meet up with someone not stuck up.

 

Like most families with teen age boys we are busy alot.
The best free weekday is Wed. Fridays and Saturdays also
work. This week we will be in Portland for a soccer tourny.
Might stop by the Beaverton scavenger hunt to say Hi to all
that show up.
Tuesday and thurs days, my son practices at Olympic
high school from 5:30 to 7:30, so if you want to get in
visual touch those days let me know ahead of time.

 

hopefully I'll be out there as soon as possible. Oh did you hear? Bainbridge Island is supposedly the second greatest places to live in the US.... I really liked Silverdale though... if I get stationed there again I'll either live there again or poulsbo

Let's start to meet up on Wed. at 7pm. At the Coffee Break on Silverdale Wy across the street from Silverdale Red Apple Market. Just past the baseball field and Our Place Pub, behind Key Bank. That way if there is any events going on the following weekends, we can make plans that night. It's always work out best doing it that way.
I'm just now getting into the soccer thing with our kids too. We have twins, a boy and a girl that just turned 6yrs old. So, we understand the busy alot. lol....
Let me know if tomorrow will work, we can just touch base.

Definitely, we can do it next week... but I'm thinking that sat afternoons would be better for ppl. Maybe we should have a poll. Next week we'll do this...Meet at the coffee place, bring all you can... I'm going to drop cards all weekend here to try to recruit some ppl... I talked to the coffee shop and they are willing to stay open later for us, if we can get enough ppl.

Hows it goin out there? To everyone else, Whats up guys/girls!! hopefully we can all meet up and meet each other! I agree, i do notice xB's rolling around; but not too many. Maybe its just me, but ive seen a few, and they are old people. Its cool to see people with scions out here. BTW, what happend to our pics on our profiles? Did they get resetted in some way? I had a few pics up; now they are gone. Oh well, i guess when i get time, ill post them up again. ill be in Vegas next week so i cant meet up with ya guys; but in the meantime ill see ya on the road!!

Its true I am oldish, but young at hart. Wanted to do something
for myself, so deceided to modify my box, at least mildly.
If I aint with the family I'm playing soccer or meeting with my
koi club or the scion boys.

Hey guys/gals...Yes we are being stationed at Whidbey Island. Still in search of the perfect home, and area for us to be in. Looking forward to seeing what yall have done with your scions. jasonlm: what are you lookin for to come out of meetin up, did you plan on creating a name for the group of friends you create? Like I am currently with sevencityscions.org here in VA, and we have over 60 members. Sometimes doing that is tough. We meet the 1st and 3rd sunday of every month, and during the week. Just kinda let it flow. I like the idea of doing something bi-weekly; weather it be weekend or weekday. This is just my 2cents. Lookin forward to being out there!

 

BlkBox, I'm just looking for all of us over here to start to get together and doin stuff like the rest of them in Seattle, Tacoma and Portland. There's already a pnw scion club. Just lookin to get all the peeps together out here is all. I'd like to meet the people that have the same taste in a ride as I did. lol... That's it. But hey, if someone wants to start a kitsap scion club I'd be up to it.
