I did know that the Wenatchee show was the same weekend. Just didn't know if any people from PDX were going to go that far.

I would love to have Seattle/Tacoma people come down, but if you can't make it, I believe Melissa is going to have the same meet at Lake City later in the month.

The plan is to have the contest winners from the Happyrock meet go against the winners from the Lake City meet at a third (undetermined location) meet for FABULOUS prizes...and the chance to claim World Domination...Scion Style!

And, a PA system would be awesome. What do you guys use the tent for? I will have plenty of indoor space for people, but if it is nice to have some shade (or rain relief) outside, bring it on!!

I am working on the prizes for this meet, and I have some really big leads, so I hope I can work them out. I ordered the vehicles for the contest yesterday, so we are heading in the right direction.

What kind of food is best? Just like burgers and brats and stuff? Let me know any ideas you have...I want this to be all about you guys!!

I have a pop-up canopy (flames on the sides) that we use as a shade/rain proof area to camp out and to hang our club banner from. I will plan on bringing the whole works. I am not a DJ so someone has to choose and provide CD's to play. I will bring one microphone in case we need to make announcements to the huge crowd that is gonna show.

I like burgers and brats (don't forget some gardenburgers for "those" people).

Sounds awesome!! I love that it has flames on it!

And, no, you didn't miss anything. I have kinda kept the whole contest quiet, but it involves racing. I had to make sure I would have the vehicles here in time...

I will make sure there are veggie burgers, as well as good old beef ones.

I don't think so...

I slipped a comment that I ordered the vehicles for the meet yesterday, and HoneyBucket (that still is THE grossest name ) called me on it.

We will be having some races here that day, and I ordered the vehicles in. Melissa will be doing the same thing up in Lake City, so if you miss ours, you can always go to hers. Or both, if you want to compete twice. Winners will only be allowed to win once, though...

Am I making any sense?? I don't want to spill the whole thing yet, cause it is not all figured out completely...

I personally don't know why she had to order cars, she works at a dealership, they have lots of cars, open the key cabinet and let the racing begin, lol.
