I just ordered some Tanabe NF210 springs for my IQ. I live in in Vancouver, anyone want to give me a hand installing when they come in?

 

Canada or WA? I'd be down to install them if you came to Seattle. WOuld love to get some measurements on a few things. Would hook you up with firsties on any products I develop.

What type of parts you looking to develop, exhaust? I think company who makes the springs I ordered also have an exhaust going into production.

 

You could also have my car for as long as you want if you can arrange for the model on your webpage to kidnap me... totally an option bro.

I'd like to do hub spacers, possibly camber, and plate mounts at a minimum. let me know when you get your springs.

 

I'd be down bbzero. I'll let you know when the springs get here. Also, when I come up it will have to be on a weekend because I work Mon-Fri, so you'll have to let me know what time is best for you.

Yeah, ratcity... there is. I just haven't put my own springs on before, and also I don't own spring compressors (I know they are like $40 or something). I fix computers for a living and do IT, so my tool collection is lacking... lol

The back seems super easy, the front seems standard, but I would rather do it with someone that is familiar so I don't disconnect anything incorrectly or not mark anything that has to be put back a certain way... etc.

 

Cliff, do you have a garage up there? Let me know if there's anything tool related that I'll need to bring.

 

I've got spring compressors, I could either come myself or lend them to someone who is going unless you guys find a set. lemme know.

Ya there is a lot of Scion people in Oregon. Sounds like though for this install you need to come up here so Cliff can get what he needs (measurements and such).

 

yes there is a lot down in Oregon and the Vancouver area, just not that active on this site. Cliff will treat you you right and your giving him info he wants. Hope to see you and the IQ at some future events as well.

 

Yeah, for sure. I don't mind offering up the IQ to get some prototype stuff going... There is a HUGE shortage of anything after market thus far.

 

We should be good without a spring compressor, but you can come chill with us Tyler. I do have a garage, it's small, but so is the iQ! My wife is excited, she really wants one.
