Default Needing some assistance

I know it's been a few since I was last here(life and its priorities).

Anyways, I still see a few names I recogonize and I hope all is well with them. I'm doing good; done with school, working as a casual (on call) as a radiological technologist (I take x-rays) and actively looking for work in the mean time.

So I bought a new car and the xB needs to go. I have had next to zero luck on Craigslist and I'm asking a fair amount given the current market and the other xB's selling prices locally.

So if anyone knows someone who's looking for a used 2005 xB w/close to 80k of loved miles on it, turn them my direction. The price is not set in stone, but it's damn close ...

I appreciate the help and hope everyone is doing great !!!

Here's the craigslist add:http://eugene.craigslist.org/ctd/1764364933.html

The new ride:2009 WRX premium package: short shifter/ipod connector/6-disc indash/sport grill and a new engine at 500 miles (bad batch of engines for a short term from subaru.. all good now). I just ordered the SPT (<--subaru's version of TRD) exhaust and will be looking into suspentions upgrades as soon as a job materializes.

Hey Todd, will keep an ear out for you. I wish we were in the position to buy it, wife would love to have it.

Glad to hear all is well with you and the new ride looks sharp.

Is it auto or stick? I have someone looking for one, but only if it's a stick.

Todd, glad to hear you are done with school. It's sad to see you selling the box. I always loved your ride. Good luck with the sale and congrats on the new ride.

Doug, Robbie and Kanchi... Great to see you guys... I appreciate the help and miss all the folks from the club(s). I registered on several of the Subie sites, all I got from my introductions was a bunch of post ****** spouting off crap with no love shown as far as a welcome. Needless to say, I think the Subie will be a solo build with no one to share the joy of the build with... Sadness....

Tis'okay I guess... The Subie will be a slow and gentle process until a job comes up... Then I'll toss the warrenty fears aside and start the full exhaust and intake work and a stage 2 tune. I've got a line on a suspension system (this thing has a HUGE wheel gap), but it's a tad out of reach on my current, very limited income.

I stare at it daily trying to figure out what kind of paint work will be done to it, but it's crying a two-tone all the time and I can't put my fingers on a subtle look. The car has beautiful lines, but they are at odds with a less "in your face" paint work. The wheels will be the last on this project to finalize and compliment the paint. I'll be getting some custom jobs made, same width, different offsets to true up the wheel with the edge.

I got the call today that my SPT exhaust was in. Sadly, I had neglected to notify the wife that I had ordered it and she got the message before I did..lol.. And so it begins. I could see it in her face...

Again, miss you folks and I appreciate any help

Well, you can always post your build pics here like Tim is doing with his 240z and Nick with his Civic. I' mean, you still own a Scion and when it sells you can be one of the many former owners that still hang their hats here. We can have some Scion Wannabe vinyls made up for the Subie, lol.

I've still got my emblems from the xB when I shaved the hatch... I seriously thought it would be fun to reapply the Scion emblem where the Subie stars are at on the trunk lid.... Heck, I could slap the Exposed II badge on the lower grill just for grins too....

I do know that the trunk lid is getting shaved of emblems though... All those frigging letters to tooth-brush the dirt out from inbetween is a joke..
