ф is pronounced F as in fake. If you go into Everett around 9th st in the projects there are a lot of ukrainians they can help you. Good name though. I had a white German Shepard I named Zucker Volf which is German for Sugar Wolf. Other than that I think I like Slate. Sweet looking puppy BTW.
