Well, the 24th is out because with the Memorial Day weekend it will be insanely busy at the Pizza Station, which pushes us back to the third (too soon) and the 10th (Mother's Day).

So, the date stays at 10MAY2009 as advertised - Annie has even let the local paper up that way know we are coming already.

Maybe I can get orchids for the moms who come or something special. (Not that the drive and the pizza isn't enough fun!!!) Scion swag????

Last year I went on the annual "Little League at the Mariners for Mother's Day" sitting at the top of the stands and was at least hoping to get a t-shirt. Nah.... kids got bats. Moms got Nada. I'm not going this year.....

It will be great to see everyone. And Victor, too!!! Been a while.

This is why Tomas doesn't run these things.

I'm always willing to work with others who run events to help them with details, but I do NOT enjoy AT ALL being the person allegedly responsible for an event.

I personally don't have a problem with any of the days mentioned so far, but EVERY day mentioned so far (and every day in the next 100 years, probably) has SOMEONE who is against it or can't attend or for some reason wants another day.

When most of those people are friends, it really makes it difficult for me to choose one over another for any reason.

Before the 10th was chosen, every other date was already rejected by someone for some reason.

The 17th may indeed be the best date, fitting as it does between Mother's Day and Memorial Day - except for those who the 17th doesn't work.

NEW DATE FOR
ANNIE'S PIZZA RUN IV - SCION CRUISE
MAY 17, 2009
________________

Here is where I make my last change to this event, and if this date doesn't work fore someone, I'm terribly sorry, but that is life.

Too many people are legitimately dropping out if the run is on the tenth, because that is Mother's Day.

The calendar I used did not show that, but I realize that is no excuse.

This is the one and only change I am making to the date, times, meet points, or any other feature of PIZZA RUN IV.

For everyone who signed up earlier when it was scheduled for the 10th, I apologize. I hope you can sign up below on the new list for the new date.

Please try to make it, the three runs before this were all great fun.

Here is the new list...
