Welcome! Happy to see a new Scion owner excited about their car and the community.
Don't worry about being "stock" - we have stock and everything from mild to wild showing up at meets. (In fact my xB Classic, Vanilla, is a plain white box that is still nearly stock after being built in Japan in October of 2004.)
I'll be at the Tacoma M&G tonight, and IIRC there is a Seattle meet in the U District next week - check the meet list and watch for new posts.
Meets have had fairly light attendance because of cold wet weather, but come good weather it won't just be the diehards - more will be showing up.
As to running with the pack, I heartily recommend the two coming up really soon: The 6th Annual Pizza Run and the Cruise to Mt. St. Helens and the potluck picnic BBQ that follows. Both of these are annual events that sort of start off the season.
Are they fun? Are they worth doing? Ask the people who have been doing it for years. (I've been on every one of 'em...)
Take care,

Welcome, another RS 1 xD, cool. Hope to see you around at the cruises and events this summer. There are alot of people cruising stock and the RS is not stock. It has lowering springs and a lip kit, so you got a jump on alot of people already, lol.
