Default New Windshield Mod.....

so i got this new mod for my windshield today called "rock chip" its friggen awesome, although its not reccomended for most people, but if your interested you can pick one up on any local freeway behind the dumptruck with an unsecured load of concrete, there is no cost for this mod, although after installation it may be irreversable...

On a more serious note, i called the WSP and filed a report with them, they advised me to contact my insc. co. and let them know the when, where, time, and that i filed a report with WSP, they said they would send a trooper out to the business to issue them a ticket

How did you get the WSP to issue them a ticket, they usually don’t care.

FYI MS Auto Glass in Seattle costs about $170+ tax for a new windshield on the xB. Best deal around if you need one.

yeppers cause of the new unsecured load and the fact that i stated there was damage to my vehicle she told me she was would be disbatching a trooper and told me to contact my insurance and tell them about it, and even to tell them there was a police report on it...i myself was quite shocked, and $170 isnt too bad for a new windshield, but luckily i think it can be fixed with some of that resin injection stuff

so i just called my insc. co. she told me that i could take it to any glass shop to have them inject it with resin for free, and if i do need a replacement to go after the company, i doubt i will need to go that far...but never know

it was one of my 3 babys....my first baby was my 90 CRX, it got stolen, the integra developed a "rice profile" so it was targeted by police and thieves so i sold it for a colt.....told myself i wasnt going to get into the import game again, blew the tranny in the colt and got a jeep....gas was horrible and the xB had reserved a spot in my heart i never new existed....and now...i have one.....

he said its around 200, and for the demo he uses a centerpunch on the coated glass and it dosent break! Kind of like using the clear bra on the windshield...
