does the $200 include our room or is that to get in........cause if that is to get in that is too much.

 

$200 gets you two nights in the hotel.. that we bought out basicly to host this event at the hotel!

Well two nights and food for two meals is a great price then......wish I was not so poor this year........sucks wish we could go......would be fun to meet more people down south.

 

This hotels regular rate during the week is $215 a night..... we have a full day planned... and so much more to be announced. Its not till Sept! Save that money! haha

ALSO!!! IMPORTANT! I have been getting alot of pms about do you have to pay now... NO PAYMENT IS DUE NOW! you do not pay till that weekend... So reserve now before rooms are booked and you have to use the hotel across the street... which costs $200 a night!

ok, if I reserve now and decide later that I can't go, what happens then? I would hate to reserve a room and then have to back out at the last minute for whatever reason, but would hate to miss out because I didn't reserve early. I need to talk to the wife about this, see if she can get that weekend off.

 

If you reserve now thiers no charges.. but you need to ask when the last date you can cancel is.. every hotel has a cut off period.
