Honestly how good are the meet and greets at Alderwood Mall? Dont get me wrong im all for the... more matured Scion lovers, but I dont really want to go if everyone there is going to be over 30. Im not slamming anyone, its just a question.

I hear ya though... I hate when I go to meets and they are all old, er I mean young.. Ya got nothing to talk about. You go look at their rides and they got all that trunk space cause they need it for grociers, and your thinking "I could stuff 2 12 inch subs in there and a play station" or their headrest are just that, headrests. Your thinking, where the heck are your manditory 4 monitors. Then you look the outside over and think "HEY, where is all the CF at?"

I feel it man.. believe me... I feel it..

uhh... the meets are pretty good, and almost none of us are over 30... there's a couple, but... don't think we're a bunch of seniors that are gonna hit an early bird special afterward... lol

I'm 24. The other regulars are 17, 25 (ish), 40, 28... we're varied in age... Where is this thing about older crowd coming from???

 

22 myself. What, ya think it's a seniors meet or something? sheesh

 

Of course Billy is still in, he and I are getting married some day *swoon*

 

seniors in highschool/college maybe?? lol

wierd thing is about the scion community... its such a huge varried age group with different ideas of mods and likes and tastes... paul over in heartland goes with a hot-rod oldschool theme to one of his xBs... the other is a rs3.0

Tomas... while not doing major mods to his xB does subtle (and cool looking) upgrades to his badging... a few lights and other creature comforts...

then ya keep goin down the line... you get guys going for engine work, looks,... simple upgrades it to rockin stock...

but the thing that brings us all together... is the car/brand... some of the over 30crowd may not be bumpin down the street... but they're a blast to hang out with

(then again.. i just realized im 1yr away from the '30' crowd...)

 

Sorry bro, i've just been to WRX, and heard of s2k meets, that end up with way too many older people talkin about their kids birthday party, or swapping pics of their wives when they're pregnant.

 

well if you want to see what one of our get togethers are like then roll out to the next one. I personally am 25, along with my husband. Hopefully we will see you around at the next meet!

 

Alright, me and a buddy will probably roll by the meet at Alderwood on the 20th. Be lookin for a flint mica, and super white tC.

 

you know people do grow up and start a family but are still into the hobbie or cars. i mean i just turned 27 and have a family but i still love talking about cars and stuff like that.

 

I want to know where to swap pictures of pregnant wives...!!!!
