FM tC on the 4th St Exit overpass in Bellevue (01/02 @ 9:30). 4 cop cars and a flat bed tow truck lookin to impound. Two people being questioned on the curb while a cop searches the car.

Yea but he had his GF in the car when they left the Bellevue meet so he wouldve had 2 people which is all you need. Plus on 405 it ends at a certain time were anyone can use it.
