I registered for the April 26 one, but I'm not 100% sure I can go. Is that OK or do I need to be sure? Are there only a certain number of participants allowed for each event? Can I bring someone with me? And if so, do I need to register them as well? Sorry for all the questions or if this has all been covered...

actually I do not think any of this was covered and most everything is a good question.

From my understanding there are only a limited number of openings for these events, but I think that the size is pretty considerable. If you are bringing someone they also need to be registered, since we will be do some things that may require age verification, or use of drivers licesnes.

I will try and clarify as best as I can.

Thanks! It looks like there's a decent FAQ on the website, too, but it still doesn't address some of these things.

(I now have a question, though, that I just sent off to their info address - I want to know why the confirmed reservation I had yesterday returns an "invalid login" when entered today. *sigh* )

you know I have really no idea why that happened Tomas, I do know that the site only became live a few days ago, and who knows they may be having a few minor gliches. I only know the info that was passed on to me from my rep when she was here.

Alright, I signed up for the event on the 26th as well.

It'll be good to be able to mingle with some PNW Scion owners. School this quarter kicked my butt and I haven't had the time to make it to any meet & greets. Painful. Real Painful.

We can take Kayla & Paul Hopper off the list if one has to be over 18 to get in.

I am not sure that is the case, but I can ask. I think that they can still come but all must have valid ID's and or Drivers license, I believe that it is open to all but I am not sure check on the facts page and I will ask if there is an age limit or not.

When I registered, it said you had to be over 18 for our area and therefore, I didn't register my children.

But, is this going to be going on during the fair? Are we going to be bumming because we'll be attending the fair without our children or bumming that only one of us parents can go "backstage" at a time because one of us will have to be out with the kids?
