Oh yeah! WE just finished putting in $300k worth of Apple Xsan/Xserve hardware + all the G5 rendering stations!
Sweet stuff - all fiber channel - ~ 238MB/sec transfer times - we now render on the servers and use the other two Ethernet connections for metadata and public traffic.
No viruses, no BS. Just one sweet setup.

I just started a new job and need a new one again. My job is way too boring. Nothing gets done, and mainly, they do not respect their employees. I am walking out of my job the next time I hear them say something to me disrespectful.

So I'm looking... any help would be nice!

lol...I do like where I work currently but my goal my dream job has always been to be in the music industry. That's the only reason why I asked. I'm not planning on leaving my job just yet, but I like to always look ahead for my next move.

 

Boy chillaxin.....you make it sound like you move all the time........ ;) "looking for my NEXT move......"

 

well I'll put it like this, I went to 3 different universities in 3 different states, came back to seattle moved after 6 months to Des Moines, and in 6 more months when my lease is up I plan on moving somehwere else. So I guess you can say I move alot....lol...but what I meant by my next move is career move, where I would like to go after I grow out of this job. I have a year commitment here so I will be here for the next year, but after that I'm sure I will want to move on to something else. So I like to plan out things way in advance.
