oregon legel
I don't know about OR, but WA is 33%. I paid 225 for my tint, will be going back for a third time to get a window fixed, my car has jinxed the guy, lol. Every time he has done one, he ends up doing two and now he rubbed a hole in one trying to get a bubble out, grrrrr. BTW, you should've been at the awareness meet, gave away two tint jobs in raffles.

Alexia's Window Tint in Beaverton is a great and reliable place with good warranties and great installers...
They have tinted three of my cars without an issue... and you can expect somewhere around 175-200 bucks for all windows...

Does anyone know the low-down on smoking tailights here in Oregon? I've read the how-to from the guy in Cali, but everyone I speak to around here (Southern Oregon) thinks Oregon's tail laws are more strict. From the DOT website for Oregon, from what I can gather the laws require the tails to have a clear bulb, encased in red lens, that can be visible from 500 ft. This red lense (once tinted with VHT) will not be visible unless the brakes are being applied. Is this legal? Any advice before I mod?

Coming from a guy who has them, and who's researched them...
Here's the unfortunate truth... It's considered a "Cover" and is not legal - So it's up to your negotiating powers/take them off/have an extra pair to deal with it

What a bummer. Is this just in Oregon, or primarily in most states? The BSP looks toooo good not to smoke the tails....
Thanks for your help
