Close. I have UFI on my plates. Plus my windows are tinted. =P

You would be surprised, more stock rides than tricked out rides at the gtg's, heck thats how you get ideas for your ride by checking out what others have done, plus get lots of helpful info for when you start modding your ride.

Well ideas for the ride would be good so I don't see why not. I'll try to find one I can go to.

Eddie, welcome to the Life, hope you enjoy your stay. How did we miss you in Miami? A large group from the area was there, most of us from the Portland area even flew out on the same flight.

I was there in Miami and have lots of pictures to prove it!

I don't know how I didn't hook up with anyone from the Portland area. I ended up hanging out with this Ian kid from Seattle. (he had a mohawk, so it was hard to miss him)

I did meet Tomas though. He was kind of hard to miss.

Welcome Vitaliy!

What type of IT work do you do? I used to work in databases while my husband is in networking...same 'IT' tag but totally different realms (I can't even set up a printer or figure out the wireless ).

I do the IT work I manage to get a job in without an official degree But on a serious note... My official title is "PC/Network Support", so basically I'm the guy that takes care of anything and everything that can go wrong on the user end (help desk enters call, I fix the issues, if the issue relates to network/server issues I coordinate with the appropriate team to find a resolution), and all the fun stuff like setting up printers and wireless cards for end users Can't complain, good pay, great benefits (IT for a hospital... I pay nothing for my benefits w00t lol).

On the side I do any programming that I find any interest in and have time to tackle the project (everything from C/C++ to PHP/MySQL). Programming was my first passion in computers and I've been doing it since I can remember, but after seeing the IT field and what's available I've kind of lost my drive to do development as my "job". For some odd reason I prefer the networking/server/support side of IT, odd huh? lol
