Finally hobbled my way on to the computer... Glad you made it out Dustin & Eric... sorry i had to bail early.. not the way i wanted to..lol

if you were to imagine your hand as your foot.. ankle=wrist, finger tips=toes, both bends similar to your foot... now extend your fingers then bend them back..towards your wrist.. where they bend back at your knuckles.. .thats where my foot bent back.. cept doesnt bend that way on its own

in a temp splint till monday am when i go see the orthopedic dr/surgeon to see what he says...

 

and the whole "no weight at all on the hurt foot" is harder to do then one would think... even little movements to readjust in bed or something... sux
