Hey all,
I'm interested in photographing any modified cars, they don't have to be hugely modified, slight exterior or interior changes are cool. I'm basically looking for any clean looking cars, ya know "sleek". Anyway yeah if anyone is up to guinea pig their car for me to improve my horrible photography skills that would be cool. Yeah, there are some nice clean looking Scions rolling around at the meet and greets, could meet everyone and see what happens from there, most of us like having our cars photographed. Maybe even hit some of the smaller shows that will be coming up in the next several months, lots of opprotunities to polish your skills as the crowds aren't as big at the smaller shows, good luck, I practice on my car all the time, lol.

Oh yeah and i live in corvallis on the weekdays so if anyone goes to school down here or lives down here then i'm available to shoot during the week.

Seriously though.. I'm down in Corvallis (area), at least I drive through Corvallis each day so if you had a spot picked out, I'd be game..

What days of the week and what times would you be avaliable?

anytime Tuesday(s) between sun-up and and 3 pm... After 11 until 3 on Thursdays and Mondays after 2 until cow tipping hour (which is dinner time)..

I just need like a one day heads up so I can scrape the mud off. Do you know of any good back drops for car photo's down this direction?

Do you work down here, or do you go to school down here?

 

I go to school at OSU. Tuesday would be the best day of the week, but i'll need to start searching corvallis for some spots...Once i find one i'll let you know. Your xB is black right?

Well i don't really have a criteria, just look around and see what would fit the emotion, imagine different lighting (mid-day, night, dusk, etc.) If you see something appealing let me know.

 

i want hard park shots of e-brake slides... can you do those...

 

I'll keep my eye's open (for a change ) while I'm driving around and see what I can find. I know there is some nice area's for shots north of town, up along Highway 99 near Adair Villiage. I'll head that direction this evening and take some digitals of different spots along the way and send em to ya.

E-brake slides..... xB.... that would look impressive.. He'd probably end up with some nice shots of the underside of my car for the local paper.

after next week(my new tripod comes in!!!) i will be down to shoot until the last week in march(spring break) and then i will have new class schedule. So once i know my new schedule i'll let you guys know. I'm thinking about going out tonight so look for some spots.
