Ok... while the topics of what to be discussed is being done on the SE boards.. figure may as well post up here possible meet dates/locations etc...

Looks like Scion Corp. appears to be gearing up for Exposed 3 with planning to commence late January...

Do we want to set up day&time(s) to have 2-3(more?) meets within each of the regions then send reps to one overall meeting to hammer things out? or just have 1 big "supermeet and planning" thing somewhere for the whole PNW region?? anyone who can or wants can show up??

I will say that how ever we decide to do it.... any and all SE members are welcome to attend everything.... but we/I'd like to keep it as focused as possible to try and hammer out a good plan/calander for the year and keep distractions to a minimum.

So that being said... post up dates/times etc on how we should go about this. lets try to have it narrowed down to 1-2 dates by Sunday Jan 8th if possible... since there seems to be some intrest by some to road trip down to cali in late jan.

so post up and lets get to work

I was hoping to get our camping thing ironed out for that, but the "holiday's" have been ridiculously busy. So, let's just get together somewhere and figure it all out. I'm good most evenings.

 

I was hoping we were going to do the "retreat".

 

lol... if theres a retreat.. lets retreat..... i dunno..i've heard rumors of this retreat....

so do we wanna just have one big meet up to do this? or several mini meets?? im open to either and dont really have any restrictions on when i can/cant attend... ok maybe one.. one weekend i work midnight-830am so between those hours i cant make it

 

You know lets tie the install day and the retreat into each other. Can we do that? January 13,14 and then at my house on the 15th?

 

or actaully, lets save the retreat for February but have a liason meeting on the 15th or 14th in a central location. I would really like to send any of the guys going for the kick off down with a lot of news for Nilo and the gang.

No worries if you cant make it, we can reshedule or use speaker phones but I think it might be best to have a decent plan of attack.

 

Lynn can come and take minutes then she will build a project plan and make us stick to it.

 

i think the 14/15 should be ok... for me... i just realized i cant remember/find what weekend i have to work in january... but it'll be a midnight shift... so... hmm...

i'd say thats a good list of people... to have at minimum... anyone else(unless im wrong) is welcome to provide input... or PM one us with ideas, thoughts etc that you would like to have brought up

 

I vote for Sunday the 15th. Can you go easy on us and meet sort of southish?

 

I've got the install day going at my house that day too so unless everyone but the liasons bail on that I cant really bail on my own install day.

If everyone else does bail though maybe we could do the Burgermaster in Centrailia.

 

I'll just watch the thread for final dates. I am open to just about anything. Except a weekday drive to Seattle for a 2 hour meeting.

Looks like the 14th is the day for meetings... but i dont think location has been picked yet...... centrailia maybe the general area so we dont kill the OR guys with a uber long commute vs us in WA with a 30min or less commute...

current posts, Then click on Scion Evolution forum index on the top of
the page. (Yah thats it).

Why cant you just go to the index from the main page?

 

lol... i had the same prob too... then figured out.... once you get to the list with new posts... and FORUMS up the side.... click on that.... and it will take to the the forums index
