Yeah, Darren was the one single person who started ScionLife.com and guided it through its first five years. He was the one person who did everything, set the rules, designed the site, kept it running. Yes, there were the SuperMods and more recently the Mods to help out with the details, and of course Troy to handle so many of the day to day disasters and to keep us all in line.
Troy is now off to school, heading into a new carreer, Darren is, well, Darren. I have no idea what he's doing these days, but I do know that he has a few boxes of old ScionLife stuff that I need to have someone pick up from him in Portland, and drag north.
These days, Internet Brands is the company handling the money and making sure the servers keep churning out pages, and I'm sort of the "Chief SuperMod" more than Administrator. Yes, I have most of the assorted Admin magical powers, and I do pretty much set the direction we head in, but honestly, the folks at IB have veto power since they are the ones who own it.
THe Mods, SuperMods, and I are all learning as we go, and not everything is working quite right yet, but I think we came pretty close to getting it done.

just wash the cash in the clothes washer... with some poker chips....... on hot.... the honey will come off no prob....
i mean thats what i use to get the money i print to look real and accepted in vending machines... poker chips and hot cycle in the washing machine... no honey tho... that'd be... weird
