My vote is 1a. Coastal Beach. I'll only be able to make it on a single day no matter what, so I'll abstain from voting on that part.

I second Costal Beach.
I think the Day Cruise would work the best for most people. Those that want to camp or stay overnight can.

The coast would be fun, start in Long Beach and work our way to Tillamook cheese factory then head back via 26 or a similar route toward Portland, nice one day drive. I'm up for a drive anywhere, just need a little notice so that I don't sign up for work that weekend. But, I would also like to see something towards the middle of the state for thoughs living on the east side, may just have to set my sights on the Silverwood event for that as it is getting closer too.

My vote is A and A.

I have a route from Beaverton/hillsboro area into Astoria and then on to Long Beach. We did this a couple years ago and it was a great drive. My mom lives out in Long Beach and is working on arranging a lunch "deal" at a sandwich place with a nice big parking lot right along the strip.

Since June 30th was bad, what date would you guys like to do this cruise?

1b or 1d or 1e (a zillion Scions in BC would get the stares, eh?)
2a or 2b

It might be cool to get a bunch of pics with some of the wind farms out in eastern WA or OR. Or driving along the Columbia gorge.

Thanks for thinking of the few, the proud, the east-side scion drivers! Unfortunately, the old man and I are the only Central Oregon members I think, so keep that in mind. We're up for anywhere with enough time to make plans. Maybe even the coast. We get tired of the dust by late summer.

Hey Sherriest there must be some really cool roads we could cruise down your way. I love the trip over through sheridan to sisters.

The sandwhich place is the Surf... something
just south of the go-carts etc. Bakes his own bread etc. I have had great veggie sandwhich as well as cheesesteaks subs there. It should be cool, just need to pick a day so I can see if my mom can set it up.

Lol, I was really saying thanks, not being sarcastic or nuthin'. Several posts mentioned east-siders when there are so few of us and that's so nice! Scions are relatively rare out here. No springs yet due to ahem money problems. If there's a PDX install (other thread) I may have to put some on the credit card tho. I think we're now game to try it ourselves if that doesn't work out.
