It appears Scion is a major sponsor for the new pro lacrosse team in Portland. Scion had advertising everywhere at the game last night.

It was an awesome game too. They have an xB with a vinyl wrap of the teams mascot. I'll try to find a pic to post.

 

Yeah, I caught parts of the game on TV... never really seen a Lacrosse game. Portland narrowly got out of that one! It's nice to see the Scion Emblem right on the banner where the score is located!

 

It is also on the playing surface along with signs on the wall surrounding the field.

 

I understand that a couple of the players have Scion tC's

 

Probably given to them as a promotional thing........

 

Sounds like we need to get a group together to go a game.....

 

Lacrosse is a very entertaining game to watch. Very fast paced and they WACK each other with those baskets. I am up for a game or two, maybe we can get VIP parking or something from Scion?

 

Parking was $10 at the Rose Garden. Not bad. We sat 7 rows from the glass and it was $31 after tickemaster fees.

 

a buddy of mine has front row mid field season tickets so I will be attending at least one of their home games this season

 

The mascot car is an Xb, the UPN 49 Street team Xb was there also. So we just need to find out which local dealer is involved in sponsoring the Jax.

 

I will send a note off to Scion Regional and find out what I can.....
