Default Scikotics Southend meet?

Question is simple...

Where works for you guys?

I'm thinking Southcenter. Then we have a meet at BOTH I-405/I-5 junctions.

I'd want it to be toward the start of every month since right now we have the 3rd Tues.

What days work for you?

I need suggestions!

any ideas for location Matt?

Looking for something that has an option of covered space for crappy weather, but lots of open space for good weather

Oh I wouldn't even know anywhere. Only time I drive that far south is if I'm going to a concert at the Tacoma Dome or if I'm on business.

There's always the covered garage at IKEA.

Why don't you guys find a restaurant or somewhere to meet at so you don't have to stand outside and talk.. That way it doesn't matter if weather is permitting or not. There's a couple restaurants in the south center are, like claim jumpers, red robins, the mall, and so on. Just my 2 cents

I say the mall and then just go inside if we want.....but IKEA has a huge covered parking area and carts that you can ride........

I think that would be the better way to do it.. Hanging outside by our cars gets kinda old after awhile and cold @ times

Well, my main concern with that is something that no one has mentioned (that's a good thing)

which is...

"Well, I'm (on a diet, never hungry at that time, too poor to eat out right now, etc) so I won't go if that's where you want to meet.

We can do a restaurant... that would be fine!

For the most part. If it's the day OF a car show, or JUST BEFORE the turnout can be affected, but average is between 5-10 folks that show up in Scions, plus whatever friends they bring

Crazypezguy..

It'll get better... I think most of the PDX folks have burnt themselves up with activites lately.. Lot's of trips up north and injuries.. and for myself, finals week coming up.....

Keep an eye on the thread I just started to see what kind of interest stirs.

I am not so sure about a restaurant.........

I am not hungry most of the time....on a diet...or just plain to poor for that....... ;)

Just kidding.

I am not sure about the restaurant thing simply because we might not always want the smae place. I say meet at a neautral location and then roll for food a little later if people are hungry.
