per my inlaws who drive from tacoma to yuma az yearly... i-90 thru tri-cities, boise, salt lake then boulder city..... has the best roads vs S Or/NorCal i-5 section.... so thats the path i'll prob be taking...

yay! im saying Screw School! I'm gonna definitely miss class for this. My best friend from the basic training days, Steph, is gonna fly out here so we can drive down together.

I mapquested the trip and wasnt sure which route to go. I'll prob do the utah way too if my navi listens to me and takes me that direction. I'm nervous about the drive. Maybe we could all caravan together if possible?
Is it just me, rob, and kekai so far from the NW?

It has been awhile since I have been down the I-5 through Cali. (Like 3 years) I do not remember it being so bad.

The Route I mapped quested has us off I5 by exit 68 in Cali. THen we are on hwy 80 to 95 to 50 to 95 to 93. It sounds like a lot but it cuts almost 300 miles off the run. And it is a very scenic run too if I might add. Just food for thought.

sounds like the same route Yahoo found. Google had me going to Boise, Twin Falls, then straight down to Vegas, looks like mountain driving, yeehaw.
