Just took 2.5 hours to goto the mall to get cindy and back home......9miles round trip......not gonna make it sorry.

On a side note the Egplant with it's bald tires did great in the ice and snow.......I am very impressed with this car......

I was mobbin' all over today in the snow! Picked up tC2_thumper, my friend Mike and Brett, and then we went to a middle school where JiggaDomino had parked his car, and we burried it in snow, and had him come down to see it and then watch him clean it off LOL.

Then we took care of warming up and getting his car back closer to his place then we went to Applebee's for dinner, then to blockbuster for mike to get a movie, then dropped off Brett, then Mike, then Tyler, then parked back at the bottom of my hill, walked up, and here I am now.

Been a really fun day.

I'm really impressed with my cars snow performance with it's tires and such.

 

I'd definitely like to hit some north end M&G.. just not in the snow..

 

yeah count me out this snow is just killing me

tc has been safe in the garage and ive been taking the truck to work and back thank got i threw some wooden pallets in the back for some sorta traction

 

You're not the only one Brian. I've yet to get the chance to put stockies on, and THAT said, i will say the box has done OUTSTANDING in the snow and ice. granted I AM driving very carefully, (ie... slowly) but several times I've seen the VSC light flashing like heck, but I've not slipped or slid one little bit.

 

depending on what time i get off from work i mightmake it out tonight, but if its just going to be me..i prolly wont go lol...i'm VERY impressed with my xB. I had a Jeep Wrangler before this and i can honestly say i think the xB is MUCH easier to handle. Heck my dad has been driving the 87 Blazer (K5 full size) to and from the snoqualmie casino where he works, yesterday he wanted me to take him somewhere in MY car cause he felt safer in it! (or he was just being lazy and didnt want to drive his bohemoth)

 

I really think Toyota got the balance of power to weight to gearing to braking correct on the 1st gens,Xa's and Yaris as they all seem to be fairly good in the snow and ice.

My KIA was horrid......frightening to drive in the snow and ice.stuck on the slightest hill,gearing down was super jerky and you dont need that on ice,braking on snow car went sideways like the front and back were not working together.

Gotta go get food today....cupboards are bare as bare can get going before it snows again.
