it is being put to good use....gonna let others use it too....if anyone has anything they need CF,has to be a flat surface....let me know.........I got a big sheet and only used about an area of 1'x3' so far......I am about out of flat surfaces so I will pay it forward if needed.

LOL, Just got one about a week ago, told my son that I got a smart phone and was having "issues" and his response was, "is it too smart for you?", smartass, lol.

Yeah my phone is too smart for me....I am gonna need help....tried to use google and youtube on how to load a ring tone.....neither my phone or computer did wht the guy in the vidios said and so I am still without my ringtone....lol....gonna try to see if there is a thing on sprint to transfer it since it is them I got it through.

CF is a solid,what looks like 3 layers thick with high grade 105 resin and was vacumed and autoclaved.....very nice to work with but the sanding of edges eats up sandpaper fast,dremel bits,drill bits,pretty much everything .....lol

Dropped off my crank to get machined in Redmond today, hopefully they call me back tonight or tomorrow with some info on it, get this car rollin' again..

4th cylinder rod bearing got some metal shavings in it and got oil starved, didn't spin, but wasn't good; so that's moving along finally...

Phone has a flashlight.....I like that....thats as far as I figured out so far.....

Got windshield tinted on top today....20% tint like the rest.......came out nice,helps with the sun a lot....

Bass **** mounted to console near seat for easy access when bump go boom boom boom....and cop go by....

Got pulled over today.....the officer wanted to know what the heck the towhook was......so 40 minutes later he got the full tour of the car inside and out....mind you this was on my way to work.....but he was cool and I never found out why he pulled me over.......

He said unless car is just plain loud and speeding or otherwise gaining his attention they dont have the time to deal messing with people...was a pretty cool dude....

 

wow that was really cool of him. he probably just appreciated the work that you have put into it and wanted to check it out. i had a cop do that to my friend while he was driving his '66 Chevelle. some cops are car junkies just like us. its always nice meeting a cop that is so down-to-earth

As far as I know the vitz and xB will not bolt up rear brakes.....that hub fits my car with some modding to one hole,and my hubs dont fit xB so I gotta say nope.
