Well got the TRD sway bar in. Took some pics of the ride and my dirty ole self as well as the greddy air diversion panel.

 

I for one am gonna mis Brock once he is gone.........hope you keep posting up here for us to see how the ride progreses when you go south.

My goal for the summer is probably going to be a Carbon Fiber Hood and Header(still undecided on which brand), just got finished installing springs, struts, and some new wheels!

 

FINALLY decided to tint my windows getting done in olympia tomorrow... didn't want to cuz i like to see at night but its drivin me nuts cars look so much better with tinted windows

 

Well bad news for me. My sub is dead. Its not blown but the rubber where it meets the face/plastic like part where the companies name is got a crack and now air leeks by. It works but rattles like there is somethign bouncing on the sub as it hits. Its a terrible sound. Why couldnt this have happened when i didnt already spend money on other items for the car.

Brock, try rubber cement on the rubber surround, shoudl do the trick.

 

yep wipe it down with alcohol and use either rubber cement or black epoxy around it,a thin bead all the way around will fix it right up.

Yea i heard the weapon-r mount broke! i hope mine dont do that but if it does i will just get the motormounts instead!

 

Yeah, it broke in two places (?) Thanks weapon-r, The Ingalls is Nice. brackets are much better/beefier, Which is nice because I'm finding there is not NEARLY the list of stuff for the next gen xB (xb2) that there is for TC's. I recently got drilled & slotted rotors for my xB and will be doing my brakes soon. I could only find something like 2 companies that make pads for the front, and only 2 for the back, and not the same brands.
I wanted to do SS lines too, and I can't find ANY. Two web sites claim to sell them, but when I inquired, neither one had them, or WILL any time soon, saying they can't get them made for an 08 xB yet. If someone knows for sure where to get SS brake lines for an 08 xB PLEASE fill me in.
